What is Premium Service?
  • Both our pre-sale-, implementation- and testing- services ensures seamless installation and integration of our systems. Our services however do not stop here, if you are interested in our premium services, we adopt a pro-active approach to your company and the way we use our systems to improve your company and it’s profits.
  • With our premium services you will receive a dedicated consultant that is responsible for monitoring the data in your company on a weekly basis, perform comparisons with previous months, year’s and data sources and provide accurate reports on where you will lose profit, if and how you can react to these environment changes.
Some of these services include:
  • Comparison of hours worked between years and months and identifying any inconsistencies.
  • Actively monitoring all the diseases and quantities thereof in your company and the effect on your productivity.
  • Provide estimations on time lost due to diseases based on specific periods and medicals to be performed together with the possible total hours lost due to these factors, which allows you to plan accordingly.
  • Comparisons between departments, the number of employees and actual hours worked, allowing you to identify departments that is performing below par.
  • Part of our pre-installation business analysis services includes identifying reports that are unique to your company according to your needs. Our development teams will then ensure that these reports are built into both systems before we start with implementation.
