How to un-approve export entries

Once you have approved entries they are ready for export, in certain cases you may want to make changes to your entries that have already been approved but you cannot as they are locked.
To un-approve time entries select “Approve” from the “Export” menu:
Once you have opened the “Approve” screen, you need to select which batches to use.
You will see a tab just below where you can select “Un-Approve Departments”
The un-approve screen allows you to select which departments to unlock by selecting them from the list as seen and clicking “Unlock Select”
NAKO will ask you if you are sure you want to do this, you can just click “Yes“, the next message you receive will tell you that the department has been reverted to an un-approved status.
