How to approve time entries

From the “Export” menu item, select “Approve”
This will open the following screen:
Once these are selected, the field below will populate as seen below:
During this step you can inspect the employees to ensure that everything is correct for each employee. The reason this is important to note is due to the fact that once you approve the entries in this batch they will be locked and you will not be able to edit it further via the “Edit Time Entries” screen.
You will now notice a “Re-Calculate” button at the bottom of the screen. This has to be done before you can approve anything. So simply by clicking on the “Re-Calculate” button it will enable the “Approve” button:
Once “Approved” has been clicked, the following screen will appear:
At this point you can just click “Yes” and the system will approve the entries. Please remember that this will also lock the time entries.
Once “Yes” has been clicked, NAKO will do a quick load and your time entries will be approved and locked.

- Select a Batch
- Select a Batch Run.
