Listing records individually, grouping by day or by employee

From the “Reports” menu item, select “Standard

Click on the “Customize Employee Report” tab.

Choose the report which you want to edit

Click on the report Settings tab






The list records individually created all the entries per day seperate on the report. See example below





The group records by day will combine the time entries of one day into a single row. See example below

The group records by employee will create a summary of all the entries combined for the peroid you have chosen

If you choose to do a report on a department and you choose print employee per page it will give you the summary per employee per page. If you choose print sequential the report will preview all of the people selected onto a page till the page is full. See example below





You can use the group summary report emloyees by department if you choose multiple departments and you want them grouped per department.
