Summary

NAKO is a time and attendance solution that enables you to utilise biometric fingerprint and facial recognition scanners. The system pulls in clockings from the connected scanners and apply over 180 available rules to ensure valid calculation for daily, weekly or monthly hours worked. Rules are activated based on the requirements of each client.

Process Flow

• Entries are pulled into the database by the NAKO Service in regular intervals.
• The system will display notifications if there are missing in or out clockings.
• Daily, weekly or monthly reports are available to monitor employee times.
• Leave are registered on the system and is incorporated into the various reports.
• Export batches are created based on the payment cycles of your company.
• Data are exported to the relevant payroll solutions such as VIP Payroll or Pastel Accounting.

Security

User access are set up based on 3 levels:

1. Access are limited to screens the employee are allowed to access
2. Access to the data of departments are limited depending on which departments the user work with.
3. Rules are created to define which users are responsible for approving the time sheets for each departments.

Reporting

A custom report builder is available that allows each user to create multiple reports with custom-defined columns and the content for each. Reports can be shared with other users and provides exceptional flexibility when it comes to the creation of reports.

Import/Export

Data can be imported and exported to and from the system. This includes various types of data such as time clockings, leave, export batches, employees, etc.
